We are passionately helping people find and follow Jesus, and serving is a big part of that! Our mission is to Know God, Grow in Your Faith, Serve Others, and Make Disciples, and we believe that everyone has a role to play in building God’s kingdom.

Help kids find and follow Jesus in a safe, fun, and faith-filled environment! Whether you're leading a group, helping with check-in, or coloring with toddlers, you’ll play a vital role in helping children Know God, Grow in Their Faith, Serve Others, and Make Disciples.

Invest in the lives of middle and high school students by building relationships, leading groups, and creating a space where teens can grow in their faith and boldly live it out. Help the next generation follow Jesus with passion and purpose.

Be part of what God is doing through Coastal’s Young Adult ministry. From leading small groups to welcoming new faces, you’ll help create a Christ-centered community where young adults can grow, connect, and live on mission.

We put Jesus first as we lead others to encounter Him through excellence in music, sound, and visual worship. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, we serve with purpose and creativity—keeping it real and honoring God with our best.

From the parking lot to the front door, we believe everybody matters. We serve with warmth and authenticity so that every person feels seen, valued, and welcomed into a place where they can meet Jesus.

Found people find people. We grow together in Christ through intentional relationships, biblical truth, and spiritual accountability. Discipleship is how we move from spectators to participants in God's mission.

Whether you’re organizing details in the office, setting the stage for a life-changing event, or maintaining a clean and welcoming facility, you’re helping create an environment where people can meet Jesus.
